A romantic candle lit dinner on the wedding anniversary was going to be the perfect evening for Miss Jessica! She was so looking forward to it! She had bought a new frock and necklace for the occasion but little did she know that although Dodgy Dave her husband was taking her there, he was not brave enough to tell her that he could not afford the meal! Every week, Mike must report to Miss Amy, his strict younger sister to present her with household accounts, give her access to all the money he earns and to ask for her permission before he may spend any of the money he has earned.
